Risk register
The risk register is the central list of all risks in a project. Use it to view, filter, and manage every risk your team has identified.
Open the risk register
Navigate to your project, then select the Risks tab. The risk register loads with all active risks for that project.
What the register shows
The register displays risks in a table with configurable columns. Default columns include title, category, owner, status, score, and last review date. You can show or hide columns with the Columns dropdown.
Click any risk row to open its detail page. From there you can edit properties, build the bow-tie, and score assessments.
Filtering risks
Click Filter risks in the toolbar to open the filter panel. You can filter by category, status, owner, phase, tags, and more. Combine multiple filters to narrow the list.
The header shows how many risks match your current filter. Filters persist across visits until you clear them.
To export only the filtered set, click Export register while a filter is active. The export file reflects the current filter.
Quick Add
Click Add risk in the top-right corner. A dialog opens where you enter a title and confirm. The risk is created in Draft status with just a title, so you can capture it fast and fill in details later.
During risk identification workshops, use Quick Add to capture risks by title. Go back and add full details after the session.
Cross-project register
Select Risk register from the main navigation to see risks across all projects in your team. This view supports the same filtering and export options as the project-level register.
A My risks shortcut filters the cross-project register to show only risks assigned to you.
