Action register
The Action Register is your central hub for tracking every measure across projects. The app labels this view "Action Register" in the sidebar, though each item listed is a measure attached to a bow-tie connection line. You can also scope the view to a single project for focused work.
Global and project-level views
Risk Companion gives you two ways to browse measures. The global Action Register shows every measure your team has access to. The project-level Actions tab narrows the list to one project at a time.

Filtering and finding measures
Both views share powerful filtering options. Combine filters to zero in on the measures that need your attention right now.
Available filters
Show only Not started, In progress, or Complete measures.
See all measures assigned to a specific team member.
Find overdue measures or those due within a date range.
View all measures associated with a specific risk.
Filter to measures within a specific project (global view only).
Useful filter combinations
- My overdue items: Owner = Me + Due date = Past
- Stalled work: Status = In progress + no recent updates
- High-risk focus: Filter by critical risks only
- Team review: Owner = team member + all statuses
Staying organized
- Review the Action Register weekly for overdue items
- Set reminder dates on long-running measures
- Use the "In progress" filter during team standups
- Export filtered views for management reports
